When he was 15 he got his first guitar, and played it all day long until his schoolwork began to decline, when he skipped school just to play guitar all day. And finally made Slash bored to go to school so he dropped out of school in grade 11.
While he was living in Los Angeles, a fast-growing city with young rock bands, he quickly got along with people to play music with. After meeting Steven Adler they both formed a band called Road Crew. It wasn't long before he met Izzy Stradlin who was playing in a band with Axl Rose, and after listening to Axl sing live, he got ready to join the band. And it wasn't long before a bass player answered one of Slash's newspaper commercials, and then an amazing band formed. Slash (guitar), Steven (drums), Izzy (guitar), Axl (vocals) and Duff McKagan (bass).

Slash whose real name is Saul Hudson was born in Hampstead, London, United Kingdom, on July 23, 1965, famous by his stage name, Slash, is a musician and songwriter who is British-American. Slash is best known as a guitarist for the famous rock band Guns N 'Roses, which achieved great success in the 1980s and 1990s.
During his time with Guns N 'Roses, Slash also had time to make a side project called Slash's Snakepit. And after leaving his old group, Guns N 'Roses, in 1996, Slash then founded a supergroup called Velvet Revolver, and brought Slash back to the top of the mainstream music scene in the 2000s.
Slash has also released three solo albums, Slash 2010, and included some of the top rock musicians, while the 2012 album Apocalyptic Love, and 2014 World on Fire, were recorded with his band, Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. In 2016 Slash finally returned to his old group Guns N 'Roses, it had been a long time since Slash left the legendary music group.
